It is fresh for two days but so far looks good. Device is a bit bulky but it is better when you remove keyboard CPU is running 100% and video suffer from random judder HBO GO web client is on very edge of performance capabilities.
But after some time something can overheat or something and device goes for 10-60 seconds to 4.5W which is already affecting performance Power limit is 6.5W and device can go higher to ~9W which is good.
If you charge device and leave it on desk it will be empty in three days. it is still discharging during turn off roughly 1-2% per hour. Constant discharge - no matter what I set in bios, turned off fast startup etc. + two USB-C so you can charge and same time have accessories connected + Old games works like surprisingly Fallout 3, Civilization V, but newer one even light like Life is strange doesn't + CPU is quite ok for general use and actually responsiveness of device was good + 8GB ram (although single channel only), 128GB storage quite ok fast storage (~150MB steady, ~25 MB random which is ok for MMC drive), quick MicroSD reader
Any FireStrike score to get rough estimate about GPU performance? I know it will be superlow but still. Is USB able to deliver enough power for SSD class USB flash drive, BT dongle for headphones - without power caused droputs?. How is storage doing (128GB) in case of performance ( CrystalDiskMark)? Yoga Book storage is on magnetic HDD performance level which is crap. Is here any owner who can share experience?. I saw some german review but it is very general. Intel Pentium N5030, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage IdeaPad Duet 3i (10.3) | Super-versatile 2-in-1 laptop | Lenovo UK Would like to have working HBO GO (lagging on Yoga Book), H265 acceleration (again on very edge now), Playstation Remote Play, Ability to play old games (GOG) - reason why I don't want to go to iPad, Android device even if it is still in consideration.Ĭurrently I can see this tablet/hybrid getting available for quite good price: I am interested in replacement and I don't need superpowerful device (I already have one). I am using it for stuff like browsing, netflix, youtube, really old games Atom CPU is on the edge but not biggest concern. I am lacking reasonable availability of USB ports, memory and storage capacity and storage speed. I am currently using Lenovo Yoga Book Win10 version 1 (Atom x5)
